Step 3: We Conduct A Physical Survey

- We undertake various camera work, including taking photos inside the external walls, insude the loft, photos of the roof and the property in general

- We check moisture levels through, looking for potential condensation, damp and mould problems

- We identify areas in which you could save the most money on energy usage in the home

Step 4: We Submit Evidence For Funding

- Using the evidence gtahtered from the Survey, we complete the application process

- We provide you with a timeframe for when the work will be done

Step 5: We Carry Out The Work

- Once a deposit has been taken in repsect of any contribution towards funding you need to pay, we carry out the work necessary

- Any finance arragement we offer for you is completed and all documents, warranties and insurance for the work done is received by you in the post

- We update local authorities to make the building regulators aware of the improvements made to your home
